On a side note I had a weird dream a couple years ago about Kagan and Sotomayor ... Sotomayor and her husband (I didn't know at the time that she isn't actually married) were eating in a nice upscale restaurant in DC when Kagen wearing a trench coat walked up to their table and stood there for a few awkward moments. Then she pulls a J-Frame out of her pocket, yells "If I can't have you nobody can!" and empties the gun into Sotomayor and then tries to shoot herself in the head but the rounds are all expended ... then she's tackled by Sotomayor's security detail.

A weird dream ... not a bad one but a weird one.
