Does Ruger test fire their rifles?

And I'd buy that if that's the consensus. Just seems like more grime than I would see from any other new things I've purchased, but for all I know Ruger actually does 10-20 rounds. I would care less in an AR or something too, but with this I'd be a little more worried since I'd like to do the whole "propper break in" thing.

Shoot the damn thing after you give it a good cleaning. It's a gun not some piece of ass you picked up, at safeway.
