    Default wedding ideas

Looking for a wedding venue in Colorado or southern Wyoming. Hoping to find something with cabins and camping along some sort of waterway that is somewhat secluded. Don't want or need anything too fancy.
Not really the church type. Hoping to find something that has some modern cabins, a decent area for a very informal ceremony, somewhat secluded, maybe even allow tent camping. Thinking of accommodations for around 30-40 people max.

The Peaceful Valley Ranch does weddings. Nice chapel on the mountain with views of the divide. A dude ranch on the river with cabins, meeting rooms, restaurant, pool, fishing, etc. There's a USFS campground 1/2 mile away.

I really liked grand lake, but I'd avoid staying at the cabins from the biggest place up there. We did for our wedding..... these are the shittiest old bungalo's. The rooms were the cheapest retrofit possible, I can't even go into the shit that was wrong with it. Tiny. And the tiny cabins are split. So the old couple next door we didnt hear the murmor of their talk, we heard every word and the nuance in them. Dog's nails on the floor. Every move creaked. The walls seemed practically non existant with that like less than a cm fake wood slat looking almost cardboard covering.

Then went to Glenwood for honeymoon and that was pretty nice. Hanging lake with kinda greenish blue lake bed and fish was incredible.

Wow that hazy trip to AZ turned out to be more than a quick golfing adventure.

Whittington. Cabins are great and inexpensive. Grab a priest in Raton, head for the range and oh what memories you'll have.

Horsetooth Reservoir is pretty near your area. They have cabins, camping and fishing. You could rent a RV and have a fine time. Its a very nice lake.
