My experience with hospitals is that as long as you're not going through the security check point where the metal detectors are, no issue.

IF...they catch you, they will ask you to leave, if you don't, it's a trespassing charge. Before you argue this point, this was imparted to me by a LEO, if you wan't to argue, I'll get you his e-mail address, and you can take it up with him. I'm just passing it on...
