Mt. Princeton Hot Springs Resort is pretty nice. I was in a wedding up there. Probably a little on the high $ side but tons to do around there.

But ya want cheap, the wife and I got married in the fire station of some little VFD in Central New York. Got hitched, rode around the block in a limo, went back, "Let's eat!" Impressive.
