"Philadelphia police say a 65-year-old man who was licensed to carry turned the tables on two men attacking him in Queen Village.
It happened around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at 2nd and Bainbridge streets.
Investigators say the suspects had started accosting the man and his wife.
"The verbal altercation turned into a physical altercation where the two shooting victims before they were shot started to assault the individual that later shot them. They were punching him and caused bruising to his face," Philadelphia Police Chief Inspector Scott Small said.
Police say a 21-year old man was shot in the neck and a 20-year old man was shot in the stomach."
