I would go talk to these guys on the south end of town and see what they have JK related.

They put the Old Man Emu lift on my LJ and I am happy with the work and the advice they provide.

Do it yourself-er or have someone do it?

If you are doing a spacer lift above the coils, that is probably 1 afternoon of work if you've done it before, and maybe a day if not.
I don't even wrench anymore and I highly recommend DIY if just tera spacers or something.
