I'd have to check but I ate at a place a while back called the wagon wheel I think. If you're into German food and beer Edelweiss in the springs is good. I'm sure more people will chime in.

Cliffhouse is cool. Honeymooned there 6 years ago. Not sure which restaurants are still open in the area. The Cliffhouse had some pretty good food.

The Cliffhouse has amazing food and a great atmosphere for dining - quite expensive - stayed there a few times.
Along the same lines, the Briarhurst Manor has amazing fine dining - check the web for coupons - 5 course meal is worth the price. http://www.briarhurstdining.com/
The Keg on the main drag in Manitou has really good food and reasonable prices - great buffalo burgers and steaks - never had a bad meal there. https://www.facebook.com/TheKegLounge/

Be prepared for the plethora of stoners lounging about and wandering the streets and parks in Manitou - it has gotten bad over the last couple years.

Maybe not walking distance but the Keg Lounge is pretty killer.

Went to Briarhurst, had a terrific meal in a great setting. Best Colorado rack of lamb I have ever had. Pricey but worth it for a "special" meal. The included breakfast at the Cliffhouse was good as usual. I think I gained 5 pounds over the two days
