CCW for girls

My wife wants to get her permit. She would also like some training on how to more effectively use a pistol, for carry confidence. She strongly prefers to take both of these classes from a female instructor. I think it's a great idea. Anyone know of any women instructors preferably in the Denver area? But have gun, will travel.

I would recommen Ava Flanel at elite Firearms and Training here in the springs.

Disclosue: she is the daughter of Dragonmans but is estranged from him from what I heard. She changed her name and does not talk to him. No personal experience but good reviews from several people I talked to.

She also goes to all the gunshows.

Bristlecone has female trainers and ladies day too. Thursday evenings I believe, it should be on their website.

Look for a class that has a kitchen themed class room so she is in her comfort zone.

Call the guys up at Shoot Indoors in Broomfield. They have a few female instructors and also do a ladies night. Maybe they could help.
