    Default 45ACP can size/

Want to build a form 1 can for a 45aCP pistol.
curious what size length and Diameter a can should be?
    Maybe Volume?
I would assume(yikes) that small Diameter and longer would be better for sight usage?
    Thanks
    Roger

I'm also building a form 1 pistol can. I went with a 7.6" B tube from SDTA thinking that the slimmer can would work better with sights. I'm still waiting for Chris at Diversified Machine to get me my Ti "shot glasses" to finish it and see how it works. I'm hoping that the B tube was the right choice since I plan to use it on 45 as well as 9. I'm interested to see what you decide.

What is a form 1? Can you guys get me information on how you can build a suppressor? Is it cheaper than purchasing? I'm interested. Sorry to hijack the thread.

Scroll down past the first page and read a few thread, discussing the F1 cans. OR search the web. there's who knows how many discussions on them. You need to do the rest of the leg work.
