    Many running trackers will let you draw your own maps and measure in kilometers, with smallest increment being .10 km, or 10 meters.

    Another option is to look at an aerial of your property, go measure something visable (driveway, gutter, street width, etc), then print your photo, measure the known distance with a ruler, do the math to figure out how many feet per centimeter, then measure the distance you want to know on your print out.
