Would anyone have an issue with a booth selling alcohol? Beer tasting is fun. What about a booth selling home brewing equipment?

Weed attracts a different crowd, and that crowd generally just doesn't mix well with guns, IMHO.

I don't know, as far as bongs go, that one is pretty cool. Anyone ever seen the movie Harry Brown? There is a young crim using a luger to get high.

I'm not sticking up for the notion that bongs at the Tanner are a good thing, I'm merely stating that just because someone buys a bong, doesn't mean they are breaking any laws as it pertains to a 4473.

Yup, that's my point. It's the exact same problem and has the same implications for Tanner if the media wanted to hype it.

Weed has the extra risk of Fed laws and that problem question on 4473.

Clearly, one would want to fill out the 4473s first, then buy all the bongs on the way out...man.

I'm sure CO. Has a law about selling alcohol without a license.

The way we got around the laws at the KC M/C swap meets was to put out a large box of nuts, bolts and other assorted junk, put a sign on it saying "$2 each." And have a cooler full of iced down suds next to it.

Anyone that bought an item out of the box got handed a free beer.
There was no law against giving away beer.
My T.P. wheeling and dealing feedback is here.
