An update to the sheriffs lawsuit for the 2013 gun laws.
The TL;DW is the 10th Circuit court said the first ruling is getting thrown out and we get a re-do.
Not only do we get a re-do but the 10th Circuit court basically said to our side; you'll win this if you do A, B and C.

Basically the judge told "our side" that they were tossing the case because we didn't have the i's dotted and t's crossed the way the judge wanted them but he told Kopel and the rest of his team exactly what i's needed to be dotted and t's crossed so that he'd accept the case.
