    Default R.I.P. Vic Hansen

    A longtime friend succumbed to his demons yesterday. Vic is as close to a legend as you can find up here. He left behind a wife, kids and grand kids. Sad to see one of the good ones go.

    R.I.P. man.

    Sorry to hear about your friend (especially if "succumbed to his demons" means what I think it does).

    A good friend of mine named Hansen succumbed to his demons some time ago... always tragic, wish I knew and could have been there to help him.

    Sorry to hear about your friend. My wife's cousin (which she looked at more as a brother) succumbed to his demons a couple days ago (major ptsd). My younger brother also succumbed to his demons a few years ago (also service related). You never know what a person is living with, don't be so quick to judge, show some compassion.
