Default New ballot measure to repeal 2013 laws?

I know there was a half-assed attempt to get enough signatures for a ballot measure to repeal the 2013 laws. Most gun stores had the petition, but you had to know to ask. The only thing I ever saw was a sign on Lincoln just West of Chambers.

Is everyone waiting on the lawsuits? Or hoping to get back the House and Governorship?

FYI, Rapsheet Rhonda Fields is trying to go from the house to the senate.

The biggest problem is that since this is a Presidential election year you'd have to get more signatures then doing it in an off year election (since it's based on the number of votes cast in the last presidential election year).

I've been arguing that a ballot measure amending the state Constitution is the best way to go about fixing the problem permanantly but nobody seems to listen to me either.
