Baffle Strike Scare

Thought I had a baffle strike today on my Ti-Rant 9. Shot right off the muzzle.

After the "Oh shit" passed and I could inspect it, turns out it was not a strike. It looks like the ASAP Assembly cracked where it threads onto the can, and that caused the threads to let go and off came the can. Seems like the assembly is really thin aluminum, and after machining, it was even thinner.

Going to call Remington/AAC on Monday. Should be warranty work, since the piece failed.

Side note. It was 115gr Federal 9mm bulk. No +p and no reloads have ever gone through the can.
