    I think people assume the guy with the gun is the bad guy because he caused a traffic accident, murdered someone, then fled the scene. I agree we can all wait to find out more info. This is a some what high profile case so more info is sure to come.

    We know he was the cause of the accident (most states say that if you rear-end someone you're at fault) but we don't know it was murder (yet) as that indicates no possibility of it being in self defense and do we know he fled the scene? I haven't yet heard that confirmed either. I've read he's "in custody and the firearm has been secured" which could mean a number of things to include he was cooperative on the scene and voluntarily tuned over his firearm when it was requested and at the time of the story was at the station for questioning.
