Catalyst in Golden is pretty cool, because they have a hittrax simulator.
The downside is that it is pretty expensive.

I can say great things about Slammers North (Broomfield) and the owner and how laid back they are - but it is a PITA to get to from Golden, and a PITA to get ahold of them and pay them.
