Dash camera

I haven't responded because my camera hasn't been as reliable as it needs to be and I don't know if it's because the camera is cheap, or because I didn't get the best style of SD card to use in it, or both.

Why does the camera need to be concealable, and from who?

1. Don't want people to see it when in parking lots

2. Don't want others to see it if I'm involved in a collision.
