I don't think I'd pay 3x as much for crappy groceries from a place no matter what they supported.

Sturtle... are you a liberal plant here? Seems every post you respond to has a negative cause to it.

    Just saying...

I think Whole Food sucks and you're calling me liberal? Have any of you guys actually been inside of a Whole Foods? Everything is over priced, "organic" shit, and the place is crawling with dread-locked, filthy fucking hippies. If a handful of some dipshits are going to pretend to boycott Whole Foods, let them. I'm not going to shop at a place I don't like, just because some one else I don't like is boycotting them.

Everything I comment on, is already negative. Like that thread about the bill written to give Obama control of the internet for example. Any jackass can write and submit a bill, but it doesn't mean there is anything to it, any backing, or that it is going anywhere at all. There is no need to panic about every little thing you see in the news all the time.

I'm a little irritated that you'd even suggest that I'm the one being negative. I'd say 98% of the stuff posted on here that is anything even remotely related to politics is negative and panicky. So when I show up in a thread and point out that something is no big deal, it's hardly negative.

I'm on this site for a reason, but I am careful not to get caught up in all the media hype and partisan political worrying and hating on boards like this. It's the exact same thing on sites on the opposite side of the spectrum. Everything everyone posts is always about how every piece of irrelevant, insubstantial news is just one more step towards the end of the world.

I was boycotting Whole Foods since when they were trying to acquire Wild Oats. During that process, the dumb CEO tried to sabotage the Wild Oats off of Yahoo Finance message boards. LOL

Whole Foods is overpriced. My wife used to shop there all of the time until we had some talks about the grocery bill.

    But they have good food.
