I was boycotting Whole Foods since when they were trying to acquire Wild Oats. During that process, the dumb CEO tried to sabotage the Wild Oats off of Yahoo Finance message boards. LOL

Whole Foods is overpriced. My wife used to shop there all of the time until we had some talks about the grocery bill.

But they have good food.

My wife is going to stop by on the way home to grab a few things just as a show of support.

So ironic, because everytime i drive past a Whole Foods i can't help but think to myself "fucking hippies".

You know what's really strange about it all. The CEO only accepts a salary of $1 and donates the rest. He feels he has enough money that he doesn't need to be paid his high salary anymore.

Sounds like a pretty good guy, and a successful CEO to boot.

I've heard of CEO's doing that before. I think that they make money in other ways though.
