How Do You Guys With Big Dogs Cope?

I have 4 dogs..2 about 16 pounds, 1 about 22 pounds and the Heeler puppy. They go through about 10 pounds of food per week. They produce about 40 pounds of recycled food per week. For crying out loud...I just did a poop patrol and you'd think we were raising cattle instead of little dogs. We have to stay on top of it every day or it just gets unmanageable.

So, how do you guys with BIG dogs (especially more than one) handle it?

I have a 120 lb Rottie, a 45 pound mixed breed, a 13 year old son and a 10 year old son.

110 pound Anatolian and 35 pound rescue...14 year old and 12 year old boys who have to work off groundings. 12 year old had to clean it all up today.

The better the food, the healthier the dog and the better the conversion rate. If a dog eats 10 pounds and poops 10 pounds, it will die.

With all the property you moved up to. Does it really matter?
Neighbors have 2 english mastiffs. 50lbs food every 1.5 weeks. As mentioned the quality of food relates to qualtity and other aspects of their shit.

We feed our dogs high quality, gluten free, organic, free range, kosher, BPA free, blah, blah, blah food. They just poop a lot.

From some of the responses it sounds like we need a couple of slaves kids. Course, we'd have to feed them and they'd just poop... Hopefully not in the yard, though.
