Being a business owner I can relate to the million things going on in your head.

When doing a job and trying not to screw it up, where also making sure the workings of a business are operating smooth.

Maybe he meant to fix it before he left but just plain old forgot.

Not the worst thing in the world.

I just had to cut down our tree out front and this is why I did it myself along with the four Willow hybrids that were out back a couple of summers ago. It's a PITA but at least if something is effed up I have only myself to blame. Chances are though that I'll do a satisfactory job even though I'm not a pro and I'm amazed at the work 'pros' consider acceptable at times.

Now, how do you plan to handle the stump? Speaking of pros... I had a guy come grind my four stumps down out back last year and was entirely unimpressed with his work. Turns out it was a guy I used to lift weights with nearly two decades ago when I moved here and life hasn't been kind to him since and I almost felt guilted into paying him for a job I felt wasn't completed to our agreement before he started. I wanted to plant trees again and instead I ended up doing a raised garden there and planted lilacs in another row several feet away. I've got a stump out front and I'm debated hooking up the winch after trying to cut some of the roots below ground level, trying to rent a stump grinder and doing it myself or getting some dynamite and pissing off my neighbors and getting arrested.
I'm not fat, I'm tactically padded.

Thanks all, got a message late last night that he'd be over today to make things right, that's all I wanted. I've had my own business and know what it's like to have an unhappy client-thankfully they were few and things got resolved in a positive way.

Waiting at the doc now so I'll see how that goes LOL. After this I need to get my bike to the dealer for a small warranty issue, then figure out a ride from there back home before I have to be downtown at 2:30. Don't you just love busy days?

    My Feedback
Credit TFOGGER : Liberals only want things to be "fair and just" if it benefits them.
Credit Zundfolge: The left only supports two "rights"; Buggery and Infanticide.
Credit roberth: List of things Government does best; 1. Steal your money 2. Steal your time 3. Waste the money they stole from you. 4. Waste your time making you ask permission for things you have a natural right to own. "Anyone that thinks the communists won't turn off your power for being on COAR15 is a fucking moron."
