Since I have relocated here to the south, I have learned that "Yeti" is not a bike, but a cooler manufacturer. As such, "yeti" stickers are as much proudly displayed as the Browning deer and NASCAR...

This^^^. I have had a Pelican for a few years. I've used it quite a bit, wouldn't trade it for anything. If you keep an eye out Costco has been selling them almost every spring/summer for two years now.

While i appreciate the "assistance" you all know unless it was an extreme emergency. I can carry my own weight, thanks. Besides i'd start selling stuff before i needed help.

I absolutely know you wouldn't take advantage of "donations", I was just speaking on the general forecast of the new age.
This was a big thread on the ESEE forum around Christmas time. I bought the 30 oz. Rctic tumbler and couldn't be happier. Half the price of the yeti and does the same thing in my opinion.. The Ozark's from Walmart are also in contention now.

We've got a large Pelican. Plenty happy with it. Keeps ice for a ridiculous amount of days. Went to Washington state couple of years ago with it full of ice, I think we added a bag on the way home to what was still in there. That was a 9 day trip. The inside volume compared to the outside dimensions are startling. That is a whole lotta insulation!
