DPD had a chase this afternoon of some burglary suspects. They hit a home in SE Denver, neighbors saw them go into the house and then climb out a window when the neighbors knocked on the door. One neighbor chased them on foot, pumped a round into the ground.

Bad guys got into a white Lexus, got on I-25 being chased by DPD, side swiped two cars, got off at University, drove around like idiots until they were pitted at Evans between Adams and Steele. 4 characters taken in to custody.

Just wanna slap people that shoot warning shots. If you have the justification to discharge your weapon, you have the justification to put those rounds into the body of the badguy. If you don't have the justification to put the rounds into the body of the badguy you DO NOT have the justification to discharge your weapon. It's that simple.

The warning shot while chasing someone is always funny in retrospect. If you're chasing someone, and you let off a round, do you really expect them to stop?

Discharging a firearm is Discharging a firearm, Unless they were in fear for their life. Some DA wanting to make a name for them self might press charges.

They were profiled by the jackbooted thugs of the Denver Gestapo and were pursued for persecution. Some right winger, ideologues living in the neighborhood spotted the unfortunates as they sought asylum in a nearby building but were driven out when the redneck took careful aim and fired a full auto burst from their assault rifle into the ground. The underprivileged were forced to flee the neighborhood in a vehicle they had purchased through their hard earned livelihood in the herbal medicinal business while the Denver Gestapo hounded them across the public thoroughfare endangering innocent civilians in our fair city. Finally the brutal Denver uniformed death squad rammed their heavily armed vehicle into the poor miscreants causing them mental anguish. The Stormtroopers then beat the tragic group of youth before tossing them into a paddy wagon for a joy ride to the station where unspeakable things were done to them all in the so called name of justice.

I am sure there will be a kangaroo court where these poor citizens will be unjustly thrown into some despicable and inhumane hole where terrible things will be done to them.
