Anyone taking this med? My dr. just added it, started last Friday. Damn, every 45-60 min during the day I've got to drain the bladder and when the urge hits I mean "NOW". Another lovely side effect is cotton mouth. Ok, so I'm drinking even more water than I was before (always a big water drinker) and now peeing even more. Up on the average of 4 times a night too.

This is just lovely. I'm hoping it settles down, doc on vacation this week, I'll talk to him next to see what his ideas are. I'd rather do a once a day shot of Lantus or something than deal with this.

My doctor just told me to focus on real and substantial interactions, and that fantasies, while usually healthy and normal, can sometimes cause difficulty. I've "gone cold", so to speak, and after a couple weeks, I'm hoping things are much improved!!

As soon as I got into ACE Inhibitor and Hydrochlorothiazide, it did similar to me.
I quit the Hydrochlorothiazide, and STILL does the same. I cannot hold more than 15min now. I also have dry mouth from it.

It sure beat $200 to a visit to a specialist.

Another note.
You will get a response from dentist that you are getting more buildup due to dry mouth.

Home remedies such as vinegar (fruitbase) diluted water helps get rid of thirst.
