One of my greatest moral dilemmas.
I felt dirty the first time I purchased a Glock, and did not tell anyone for a long time. I later found myself carrying it more often than my 1911s. I now own four Glocks.
After noticing I only have three 1911s and one Hi-Power, I had to go out and pick up a .50 BMG to put John Moses Browning back in the lead.
Perhaps a trip to Ogden will help save my soul.

    You 1911 clingers....

The model A Ford was pretty bad ass back when it was new but technology has really made travel by automobile better and more efficient.

That's how I look at the 1911. A great design for it's time but why would I want to carry something that heavy that doesn't carry many rounds with a track record for less than stellar reliability?

Even JMB realized he could do better. That's why he made the Hi-power.

Ah, but he didn't! I understand he had a hand in part of it, but died before the HP design was actually finished.

I'm a little rusty on my history. I thought he finished the design but passed away before it was ever produced?

    Signing off,
    Technical detail

The trick is to get them deep enough, spring planting doesn't pull em up.
