    Default 3.5x ACOG - TA11* reticles

I believe I've got a plain TA11 now, though the reticle doesn't match match their website.

I see there's a new TA11-G (green), which has the same layout as my TA11.

    Also a TA11H I've never seen before.

And finally a TA11J (also in Amber):

Lately I've been toying with buying a 2nd plain-old TA11. Would there be any advantage to the green version, or one of these other reticles?

Will be used pretty much exclusively for rifle matches @ PWSA.

I like the looks of the H since it's a horseshoe, and it appears the horseshow isn't as thick as the donut.

A green H would be cool.

On the H and J, what does the horizontal bar represent at the different ranges? Is it 18 inches or the width of a human torso?
I'll stop buying black rifles when my wife stops buying black shoes.

The TA11H(HorseShoe) is the one I would choose, it simulates much of what makes Eotech great as having a objectiving outer ring then a point inner ring, your eye will fix on the center faster then a standard cross hair. The Horizontal bars I guess are a crude attemp to mil-dot windage.

I like the normal donut. Green or red, no matter.

    But the horseshoe is cool.

I will keep my Short Dots...

The horsehoe is a great reticle...an improved circle if you will. Recommended.
