12" LOP is REALLY short. As in my 5'4" wife shoots like 12 to 12.5 LOP.

anyway, I'd go magpul. it's ugly as hell but shit it's magpul, it won't break you know it will work and it's been tested and it's made in USA

I like to square up to the target. I run my carbines with the stocks all the way collapsed. The stock I currently have had a 13.5" length of pull and is way too long.

As mentioned previously, this was the option i selected for an HD shotgun. LOP is short for my wife and son but not so short for me.

I also use the Mesa Tactical LEO stock with ghost ring sights and a red dot on my turkey/slug shotgun. If you aren't concerned about recoil reduction, don't use the hydraulic buffer but with or without, it is still a pricey option.

Yeah, I'm really leaning towards the factory youth stock. I just need to research to see if it uses a standard recoil pad of if the youth one is unique.

Buy a Remy 870 YOUTH stock. You'll have to do a little work on the recoil pad. UNLESS you locate a take off yute.

I just did a background check today for a Remmy 870 with youth stock. There has to be a LOT of youth stocks available from those whose kids have outgrown the youth stock. Look around on the interwebs.

I might have a lead on something. I'm just not sure what it is.
