I actually saw a car on E-470 about a month ago with a bumper sticker that said "Its a speed LIMIT, not a SUGGESTION" or something to that effect. Was going about 2mph UNDER the posted speed limit.
As I whizzed on past her, I thought to myself "How utterly frustrating must that woman's daily commute be?" I peeked into the car as I passed, and she was clearly steamed at all the other lawbreakers out on the road.
Nothing worse on the road than a self appointed "speed regulator".
