    Default Had some fun Urban fly fishing

    Playing around with the new fly set up today in Broomfield

    had a blast catching some pan fish today probably a dozen fish none bigger than 6" but lots of fun

    I miss crappie fishing. We used to take a canoe out on Sam Rayburn reservoir and catch them all day long.

    Yup, the best way to dress a trout is to throw it away and replace it with a crappie.

    I spent many days when I was a yoot in the 60s and early 70s on Sam Rayburn. Caught a lot of fish there.

    My guess is the pond off of 128th just west of Zuni.
