Ok, well I absolutely recommend but you'll probably need to wait on the first few for 'normal' operations:

Kartchner Caverns (take the tour of the cave, its amazing & educational though the light show is about 5 minutes too long -lol, wear light layers because its hot in there & your not allowed to remove jackets mid tour - they'll explain why)

Restaurant in Nogales Mexico - La Ropa (Good Margaritas of course)

Titan Missile Museum (if you're into rivets & rocketry)

Pima Air & Space Museum (most is outdoors, so much to see, not just a junk yard & they have the Nasa Super Guppy, an original Marauder, helicopters, Sr71a ... just about everything else you'd hope to see. Take the time to ask the volunteers questions, they are retired military & pilots & their perspective & experience is invaluable & under appreciated imo)

Richard F. Carris /Hubble mirror lab on campus is great for getting your nerd on. (Only park in the garage structure or you will be towed!)

Kitt Peak observatory is also a wonderful afternoon/evening out. (Dress warm, even mid summer it's cold up there, pack snacks)

Then theres always these parks of which I think you've already visited a couple:

Sabino Canyon
Catalina State Park
Mt. Lemmon & Cathedral Rock Overlook
Saguaro National Park East
SNP West
Madera Canyon

Lots of hiking & biking & cycling

Also if you happen to be into model rockets (Estes, etc) & you all want to go to an approved launch site visit SARA, southern Arizona rocketry association's website. Its been a nice group of people every time we've gone, public aerospace labs are hard to come by & good for budding scientists. ;-)
