You made the statement that he will not be punished for this even if he is guilty, at least that's the way I interpreted it. To answer your question, IF the person who was killed in this incident was a relative of mine, I would hope that the justice system works and justice is served. I would not immediately insinuate the officer would be let free based on his occupation or position. I would bet to say it's a tad early in the investigation to determine what happened, but sure...let's presume guilty until proven innocent. I can't make an opinion on whether or not Mr. Jackson is guilty or innocent. I wasn't there. None of us were. I just prefer to not Monday morning QB something where I wasn't involved.

When officers arrive, and there is only one side of the story, and they still suspect vehicular homicide, well then I'm pretty interested to hear about the details of the accident.

Like Squezze I know the guy personally. He was a former supervisor of mine and this attitude is consistent with his actions when I worked with him. Personally I'm glad he's getting charged. He deserves it, he went way too long with his bullshit and now its finally caught up to him.
How do you guys always seem to get stopped in Ault? I must have driven through there hundreds upon hundreds of times, and never once got stopped. I don't generally follow the speed limit either.

Road Ragers scare the hell out of me. They're unpredictable, and you never know just what wild hair they have up their ass.

The percentage of road ragers in Colorado is pretty low. I spent enough time in Houston that you almost don't even notice it down there.
