    Default Mower repair in Parker

My son needs to get his lawn mower worked on, can't get it started-it's only a couple of years old. He's tied up for a bit with his National Guard unit on their annual training, I told my daughter-in-law I'd help her get it to a shop in Parker if we can find a reputable one. Thanks.

Replace the plug... Start it up.

Water in the carburetor is a easy check. There should be a drain plug on the carburetor. Happens to mine all the time. Makes the engine hard to start.

I bought a $22 lawn mower from a pawn shop two weeks ago, all it needed was for me to do this to it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tMd4FDZaJ1w

    Good luck!

As much as I hate to say it, Potestio Bros on Longs Way does good work. Big John Deere dealer with a big service dept.

I differ in my experiences with Postestio Brothers equipment. They are rude, over priced and their work is not always reliable.

Don't waste the money unless you have it to waste or don't have the time to fix yourself. Simple fix. Full the air filter, spray carb cleaner on the jet inside the mouth of the carb. Clean it w swab if needed. If that does not work, take bowl off carb and blow out jet from the bottom w carb cleaner. I've fixed mine and 2 others this season. This is all they needed.

Rude and overpriced I totally agree with, but their work on my mower has been decent. I hate walking in there.

My mower always had a harder time starting after it has sat all winter. Might be time to change plugs, filter, air cleaner, oil.
