    The article didn't mention how many of the suspects have been identified, arrested, and successfully prosecuted. So the business owner is doing his part in preventing the crime. How about the government doing their job and solving the crime and bringing criminals to justice.

    No, it's because the money is easy to sell on the street. Duh!

    I thought the background check law solved this problem, no?

    The subtext with this kind of thinking is that even when all the onerous laws are followed criminals still have access to guns via other channels, so we have to currently "legal" guns. But most of us saw this coming and know it. It's worth pointing out to anyone who wants to compromise on background checks and secret lists. Those are just a pit stop, not the destination.
