    There is a model AR-47 rifle in existence. It's made by PSA. SideShowBob even posted a link above.

    Dick Durbin is a total asshat, no doubt. And I have no doubt that he was talking out his ass when he said "AR-47". But, luckily for him, it does exist.

    Durbin's right. It's illegal to use centerfire rifles for deer in Illinois. Because 12ga slugs are better for the environment or some such.

    I still think he should go into his garage and drink the green Koolaid, and Make Illinois Great Again.

    They believe that shotgun slugs are "safer" than a rifle bullets that travel 3, 000 fps.
