    Default ISO Recommendations for Contractor and Realtor for Coal Creek Canyon

    Everyone here was super helpful in giving me some tips on what to look for in a property up one of the canyons. We've found something we really like and are hoping to put in an offer ASAP. Next up, we need a Realtor to help us negotiate and work through the buying process and a contractor to work with to do some renovations we have in mind.

    I just PM'ed BMac here, but he's based in Denver, so I suspect this is farther than he is interested in going.

    But if anyone can recommend any realtors or contractors who work up in the canyons, it would be greatly appreciated.

    Look up member Djbar2 and get his contact info. For your realtor needs. He is not very active on the site, but I think he has alternate contact info. listed.
