Kipling completely shut down both directions. No accident. No construction. Lakewood PD, JeffCo and DHS police everywhere.

That doesn't mean "stairs are bad" nor does it make someone who pushes someone down the stairs any less of an asshole.
Apparently a bomb/suspicious item scare.

Backpack from news photo. Looks like gate one, or maybe 4. Even if it was a bomb. That size i wouldn't be too worried sitting in the street. Just patience waiting for bomb squad.
What scares me Is if they walk on center quietly and go into a crowded area.
