    Default Hail!

Got a light ass beating from tonight's hail. 5 broken windows on the house, one car looks like a golf ball with wheels, broken windows and lights the other two cars took light damage on the roof and sides. Roof will need to be checked for sure. Not too bad all told. Anyone else?

We had what looked like a typhoon at my house!
Sheets of driving rain followed by heavy hail.
I have never had a storm like this come at us from the south.
I am afraid what I will find in the light of day.

No roof is safe from hail. Colorado Springs got pounded with 2-2.5" hail. One of our techs got his windshield smashed out on his 3 day old truck. Expect CAT adjusters to start arriving in force by Saturday, and roofers to be knocking on every door tomorrow morning. The people in Highlands Ranch can tell you what to expect for the next month.

Clear here. We usually get thunder and lightning when the front range gets hammered.

Plan on your windows, siding and roof getting replaced... Plan on your doorbell ringing constantly.

This happened in Windsor a few years ago. Smaller hail though.

Both cars totaled and $30K worth of damage to the house.

My car had a few rain spots on it this morning, but I got to my office in Lakewood and there were leaves all over the parking lot from the hail ripping into the trees.

Part of that was due to the hail lasting approximately 45 minutes.

Longer than a month. The shingle delivery trucks in the streets and the sound of roofs being scraped and re-shingled is still a daily occurrence.

I'm still getting claims from there, and will for the next year or so. Not everyone will turn in a claim right away, especially when they have a brand new roof from the last storm.
