Ok thanks, wasn't sure if green tipped was steel or what it was. I don't have a empty chamber indicator. Is there something around the house or at a local store I could use as one until I get a real one?

Green tip not allowed. A brightly colored piece of paracord through the ejection port and out through the magwell will work in a pinch. You could make one out of plastic stock or even a wood dowel. Empty cases are not okay.

I'll be bringing a handful of flag chambers to distribute at the range. Time to rummage through my old pistol/rifle boxes to see what chamber-flag treasures I find!
