I like Back Country pizza and Sun Dance is good too. I need to try Black Forrest. Is that ice cream shop still there? The ice cream shop was across the street from Black Forrest.

I hate to see grass replaced by blacktop but it will be nice not seeing dirtbags lounging in the park all day. Park was perfect for the wanna be hippies too: close to Starbucks, food, and the mission.
Worked in a building next door to that park for several years. Shared a wall with a pot shop for awhile. Nearly every day was a hobo fight or a body in the park the cops had to mop up. Aggressive to passing people, full of trash, drugs and dirty hobos banging in plain sight. It is a good thing for that park to go away. Always hoped the Mission would close and the rabble would move on. So glad not to work there anymore.

Been going to the Pioneer Inn since I was about 17yrs old. Lots of good stories. Still the only place I stop by and have a beer when in Ned.

I want to thank all of you who voted for legalization, no matter the reason. I barely recognize my state anymore with all the people moving here for the weed and bringing their politics, crime, hands out for free shit and the like. While your decision is keeping me actively employed dealing with the dregs and their problems, I would have preferred you would have made a different choice.

I don't know which I dislike more...the hippies or the Californians.

What's the difference? I mean, really... What are the fundamental differences? I can't tell them apart. I'm severely outnumbered.

The Sundance serves a top notch Bloody Mary that I would ride to Ned. just to imbibe. Food's always good too. Hippies do patronize the place so there is that.

True. I guess I just run into more of the Californians that make sure you know how important they are...

Besides ned. Here in frederick they've put in a few yuppy restraunts. While researching my stay in buena vista i was appalled just from Google Street view and such seeing how hipstered out the town and restraunts are.
