    Default Anti-cuckmercial

Gavin McInnes has been highlighting what he calls "Cuckmercials" ... commercials that reinforce the idea that men, dads, husbands, whites, Americans, etc are all stupid or evil.
(you can read what I'm talking about here and see what I'm talking about here)

Well to Samsung's credit they've just put out a pretty awesome Anti-Cuckmercial ... if I wanted a smartphone this would likely push me in their direction (watch the whole thing because it starts out like a full on anti-American cuckmercial).

Yeah, the "unlocks with my eyes" feature seems wrought with issues ... like what if you're drinking or swimming and now your eyes look different or you get attacked and punched in the eye and one eye is swollen shut and you need to call 911.. Are you locked out of your phone now?

Then you use your fingerprint. Missing the digits that you scanned for access? Use the swipe pattern to unlock.

Wife's Note 7 arrived today. Love my S7 Edge.

The S7 fingerprint feature is a much welcomed upgrade from the S5 I had in the past, after owning the Iphone 6S, I won't own another phone that doesn't have a good fingerprint feature, but that's another topic.

I can't watch this commercial and not feel bizarre nationalistic (and Nazi) overtones because of the role Christoph Waltz plays in Inglorious Basterds, especially the scene in front of the house with all the patriotic flags and banners.

Edited. Because I was wrong about the actor and his role. Sentiment is the same.

Yeah...I have a Note7 on the way from work. Should have it this week. I like the message in the Samsung commercial. Hope I like the Note7 as much as my S5. It already did way more than I needed.

I like the commercial in the way that it's unapologetic.

Wife got her Note 7 from FedEx last night. It's quite the upgrade from the Note 3. Very much like the S7 Edge with a stylus. The iris scan works, but not at all with her eye glasses. I'm not sure how many folks will use the iris scan as the primary method of authentication. The fingerprint scanner usually has my phone unlocked when I pick it up before I'd even have a chance to point it at my eyes.

Samsung Pay is pretty cool. I've had a number of cashiers tell me, "Oh, we don't have that.", only to be surprised when the card reader takes my payment.
