Sedgwick County Sheriff Arrested For Sexual Assault
Tom Hanna, Sedgwick County Sheriff was arrested for sexual assault of an inmate. Sedgwick county is the county in the very northeast corner of the state.
The Denver Post says he paid her for sex. Also says he is in the Weld County jail. Sort of sad, as there are loads of women out there...

She was developmentally mentally delayed due to malnutrition and other factors in her early childhood. She has a mental capacity of a young child.
Sedgwick County only has the sheriff and three deputies. Population approximately 2,500. Lots of land, not a lot of people.
