Holy shit...I just hung up with with a Customer Service Rep. who I could barely understand (standard). Same routine. "What is your order number". I sorta freaked on the chick and said "Look, I'm not calling about ONE order. I'm calling about several orders over the last 6 or 7 months. I have explained this EXACT THING to a few other folks and I have seen no results or any attempt to contact me for a resolution. I'm kinda pissed off here."
Her, "I will forward this concern to our shipping department and you should receive a confirmation email shortly."

Pretty much the same shit.
