I thought college was supposed to prepare students for the working world. In the real world, you're going to be offended. There just isn't any way around that fact. College has turned into an expensive way to delay the responsibilities of being an adult for however many more years. Sadly, the very concept of college has turned into one giant, expense "safe space."
That's what I used to think too. I kind of shut down a kool aid party when I started axing the wrong questions about Proposition 69 among highly edumacated college graduated professional types. Anyway....
