Loved it!

The guy is finally doing what he needs to do to get a boost back into the race. I feel like his actions today in Mexico and laying out his immigration plan might bump him back into the lead.

I know he is going to try and get Mexico to pay for this wall but I don't see it happening and frankly I don't care. Money can be found and moved around from one thing to another. Maybe stop giving money to other countries for a year or so to offset the difference, ditch the F35 and reopen the A-10 assembly line, stop the program to bring Syrians into our country, whatever... The money can be found and really I don't care who pays for the wall, us or Mexico, just get it built. If nothing else we can give some of the criminal aliens the option of working on the wall to speed up their detainment process.

Speaking of Criminal Aliens, I think that is the first time I have heard that verbiage. I like it and it fits!

The facts are that this wall will pay for itself over a short period of time. Once it is built, it will reduce the constant funding that is required by the taxpayer for all the costs we pay today related to illegal immigration.

Not so sure about a deportation force... I think enforcing laws that financially discourage business from providing jobs to criminal aliens is about all you really need to do. If there are no jobs available, then eventually these folks will leave or get picked up and then deported.

Bonus points for cutting off funding to sanctuary cities!

That speech yesterday might have won the election for Trump...assuming he doesn't fuck something up along the way.

The media and the left in general are beside themselves over it. Trump was out looking like a president while Hillary was "resting" in the Hamptons. Very, very good day for the Donald.

The left is going to hit him no matter what with the wall thing. Obviously you can't build a wall from the Pacific to the Gulf. Hell, half of it is river and a good part of it is in the mountains and rough terrain that will prevent a physical wall being built in places. The point isn't really to build a wall, I mean yeah sure it helps and needs to be built where it can be built, but what the focus needs to be on is to discourage foreigners (not just Mexicans) from coming to our country illegally.

Yeah we need the wall but the thing that needs to be done is eliminate the reason that people come here. If Trump can make it so that employers are too afraid to hire an illegal, then they will stop coming here and those that are here will leave on their own. The deportation force will not even be needed after a few months. Sure, for those that stay, their only option then will be crime but that makes these people very easy to spot and then deport.

Maybe I'm ignorant here. But why doesn't the Fed say, "Everyone must use E-Verify...if you are caught employing anyone not cleared by E-Verify you'll be fined $50,000 per offense."?

At the very least this might be able to draw back a few of his supporters who decided to jump ship and not to vote at all this year. I haven't been around long enough to pay attention to very many elections but in comparison to those I know of, it seems the middle ground between these two candidates disappeared SO much quicker and I don't believe there are very many folks left on the fence at this point. I just hope to see the conservatives who wasted their vote last time around pull their head out of their ass and realize who that actually helps and that this time it's Hillary fucking Clinton who stands to win...
