    Default Posting pictures?

    When using Photobucket to add a picture/s to my post on this site, which of the following choices am I to use:
    IMG
    HTML
    DIRECT
    EMAIL &IM
    i forgot which of these to be used and can I add more than one picture to a post?
    Please, no bull shit answers as I'm just looking for a serious answer........ Thanks
