How does that compare to population in terms of %? I know Larimer has been growing quite a bit in the last decade too... which may draw the % down a bit, but those numbers are good as far as I'm concerned.

larimer county now has 313,000 people.

weld county has 270,000 people and 9626 permits.

That is quite a few people now who should be carrying in both counties.

The county I live in here in California has 330,000+ residents. In 2013 there were 39 CCW permits issued.
