Who? Haven't been following since the National Football League became Numbskulls, Felons, and Losers.
I bet Jets Brandon Marshall will do the same this Sunday.

The Great Kazoo's Feedback
"when you're happy you enjoy the melody but, when you're broken you understand the lyrics".
Agreed, fuck that guy.
Does an NFL 'team' that moves a ball around a field have any obligation to uphold the beliefs of their community?
Nope.
Unless it comes time to hit up the tax-payer when a new stadium is needed. These entertainers are bought and sold like commodities. 'Draft' isn't a word that only applies to forced military service.
How in the fuck is the NFL tax exempt?
These men in super-hero uniforms are entertainment. The NFL's endorsement to the military has been exposed as pay for play. The NFL's politics = self-preservation and profit.
I don't care what one or all of these entertainers do. And I'm really not sure why anyone else does either.
Let them play their game. Watch or don't. But there is no 'team, city, state and NATIONAL' in anything that they do. It is entertainment.
I enjoy watching the games, but between the first kick and when the clock runs out; I could care less about anything that anyone affiliated with this tax-exempt entity does.
Let a player sit during the National Anthem. Hell, they have been wearing pink-shit during games for as long as I can remember while a comparable amount of men die from their prostates waking up one morning and deciding that they want to kill their host.... All while children die from leukemia, hungry people starve, etc. etc.
However, saving titties sells to knuckle-draggers. Put on them pink cleats!
The game is a product. Take an interest in your local highschool team (don't even get me started on college ball) and support them. That game hasn't been tainted yet because it has a large level of legal protections prohibiting it.
We're sitting here talking about the physical positioning of an individual while participating in a theatrical presentation.
Our minds and attention are better used elsewhere in my opinion.

If taking a knee for one minute, once a week, a few times a year, is all you care to do in support of your cause, then I'd be pretty comfortable saying that you don't really have any cause at all.
A millionaire with months of free time who can only be bothered to occasionally kneel should not be upset when no one takes their dedication to their cause seriously.
If you're gong to use your theater to try and promote an idea, at least make some more effort to sell it.

I'd be surprised if I was the only one here who thinks it's entertaining to see a bunch of panties ruffled over something so insignificant.
