Because most of the cars today the front plate is an afterthought and once you drill the holes and bolt that ugly thing (plate bracket) on it takes a lot of work to remove. The front does not carry the tag as well. I hate them.

Front plate is pretty useless, state could save a ton of money not making them and cars would look better without them.

I think the plate # should be painted on the roof so the helicopters won't have to land so much

But then the state won't have a reason to pull you over and harass you ask what you've been smoking followed by how much you had to drink today and what kind of prescriptions you on before extorting you for some revenue for not having a front license plate on your vehicle.

The can't (anymore) court ruled having a CO plate will and can not be the sole reason for "traffic stop"
